What’s included in the box?

A book – This could be Classic Crime, Cozy Mystery, Historical Mystery, Police
Procedural, Psychological Thriller or True crime.
A Bookmark.
At least 5 gifts to open on certain pages of the book creating a truly immersive

When will I receive my box?

Boxes ordered on our subscription plans will be sent via Royal Mail on the 12 th of the
month. To receive the current month’s box all orders must be placed by the 10th of
the month. For orders placed after the 10 th of the month your subscription will start
the following month. For example: If you subscribe by the 10 th of October, you will
receive October’s box dispatched on the 12 th of October. If you subscribe between
the 11 th of October and the 10 th of November your subscription starts with the
November box which will be dispatched on the 12 th of November.
One off boxes will be sent via Royal mail within 2 working days.

Are the boxes suitable for children?

No, our boxes contain adult themes so are not suitable for under 18’s.

How do I sign up?

To sign up click subscribe and choose your plan.

Can I give The Murder Mystery Monthly box as a gift?

Yes, you can.
You can gift a one-off box, a monthly rolling subscription or three month and six-
month subscription plans. We can include a handwritten letter for the recipient just let
us know what you would like to say to them.

What if I have already read the book?

If you have already read the book, please contact us and we can arrange to swap for
a different box.

Can I pay for a few months upfront?

Yes, you can sign up for three or six months in advance – paying this way means
you pay a lower price per box.

How do I change my personal details or payment details?

To change any of your details login to your account and follow the instructions.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your monthly or bi-monthly rolling subscription at any time by
logging into your account and following the instructions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can just log in to your account and cancel whenever you like. If you're on a
monthly or bi-monthly rolling or subscription plan, then you'll stop receiving boxes
after your last paid box has been sent.
If you're on a 3 month or 6-month pre-pay plan you can cancel whenever you like
but you'll still receive any boxes that have been paid for but have not yet been
dispatched. We are unable to give part refunds on these plans as they are sold at a
special reduced rate because you are committing to a certain number of boxes.

Can I get a refund?

If your box has not been dispatched yet, then yes, we can refund you.
If your box has already been dispatched unfortunately, we are unable to give you a
refund.
